We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped as A’ Priority Registered Mail via Hellenic Post.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your payment.

Shipping times vary depending on the country.

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, however we cannot guarantee them.

All sandals are packaged with care, placed in a cardboard box, lined with a fabric dust pouch.
Please be sure to check the address you provide is up-to-date.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, and/or unclaimed packages.

Please note that any taxes or custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We have no control over these charges, as customs policies vary by country.

We fully guarantee and stand by our handmade sandals, for their quality and durability.

All of our leather products are carefully handcrafted from natural materials.

These small imperfections, such as slight variations in the colour of the friendships,

should not be mistaken as flaws or defects. That is what sets the handmade product apart for it's beauty, uniqueness, and character!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly refund or exchange your

purchase for another item of your choice of equal or lesser value.

Returns will be granted  within 7 days after you receive the item, and only if the sandals

are in their original condition, unworn and with all the documents included

(receipt of payment etc.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All special orders are final sale.

Cancellations are accepted, but only within 24 hours of placing your order.

We accept payment through all major credit cards and Pay Pal.

Pay Pal is secure, safe and very easy to use.

Please ensure that payment is made in full when placing the order.
